Our GOAL:  

to provide a platform for youth to gain job experience, discover their strengths, develop key industry soft skills, and earn money.  

The 90+ Youth Job Training Program Offers the Below Outlined Items:

  • Resume Building

    • Guidance on structure and content

    • Coaching on how to tailor resumes for specific job applications

  • Cover Letter Writing

    • Crafting personalized and effective cover letters

    • Understanding the purpose and the importance of cover letters

  • Interview Preparation

    • Common interview questions and effective responsive

    • Mock interview sessions and feedback

  • Soft Skills Development and Other Items Discussed

    • Verbal and non-verbal communication

    • Teamwork and collaboration

    • Time management

    • Mental Wellness- work and life balance

    • Professional Etiquette

    • Personal budgeting tools

    • Goal Setting
