CAN I COACH RECREATIONAL SOCCER WITH 90+? WHAT EXPERIENCE CAN I EXPECT WHEN COACHING?

90+ Recreational soccer is made up of volunteer coaches committed to developing the whole child as both a person and an athlete. We are always looking for adults committed to our philosophy and do all we can to support people who carry this vital title: COACH.

As a recreational coach you can expect the following:

• Free play for your child

• Group training sessions with experienced staff

• Training sessions planned and lessons created for learning

As a coach you can simply show up to training. The equipment will be there, the training will have been planned, the field is outlined and all you need to do is engage with the children and help make the time the best hour + of the week. Staff support is always present and regular coaches training is made available to help you continue to fulfill your role. All coaches are given free tuition for the child they coach, some 90+ swag and a free 90+ kit for their child.

CAN I CONTINUE COACHING IF I JOIN WITH MY TEAM?

Yes. We ask coaches to fill out an application and discuss team goals and coaching desires. Afterwards, we discuss the mission and vision of the 90+ Project to ensure alignment. Assuming the coach and 90+ feel it’s a good fit, we are excited to ensure the coach continues to care for and develop the players they have been working with already.
