REFEREE EDUCATION

The 90+ Project is committed to increasing the quantity and quality of female soccer referees in Spokane.

Women's soccer has experienced a surge in popularity and the future is bright for women who want to play the beautiful game. However, the 90+ Project is aware of the considerable absence of women in officiating roles. We hope to change that and bring more equity by offering free spots for women 14 and older to gain a Referee Certification with the Washington State Referee Association.

Referee Certification is a great way to give back to the game and make money.

Requirements for Applicants:

Applicants must be a woman who is interested in getting the Referee Certification with the Washington State Referee Association.
Applicants must be 14 years of age or older. The minimum age for this course in Washington is 14.
