The 90+ Project is committed to increasing the quantity and quality of female soccer referees in Spokane.
Women's soccer has experienced a surge in popularity and the future is bright for women who want to play the beautiful game. However, the 90+ Project is aware of the considerable absence of women in officiating roles. We hope to change that and bring more equity by offering free spots for women 14 and older to gain a Referee Certification with the Washington State Referee Association.
